Washington State Patrol troopers reported a motorcycle accident in Spokane County. Troopers say a motorcyclist was hospitalized after being hit by a driver failing to yield the right of way. The collision happened near Highway 27 when a vehicle traveling northbound turned in front of the motorcyclist traveling southbound. The motorcyclist was taken to a nearby hospital for evaluation of injuries. No injuries were reported of the other driver. Investigators are saying the motorcycle accident was caused due to failure to yield the right of way. Washington State Patrol troopers are still pending charges.
