One Injured, One Killed in Motorcycle Accident

Officials have reported one person injured and the other killed in a motorcycle accident in Rathdrum, Idaho. A Coeur d’Alene man was the driver of the motorcycle accident. He was treated for minor injuries at the scene and released. The passenger of his motorcycle was declared deceased after being transported to a nearby medical center for evaluation of injuries. Witnesses say a pickup truck struck the motorcycle in the intersection. The motorcycle crash is under investigation.
